Basically this is the ADX Bar chart. Color Overlay use DMI. Green DIP> DIM Red color DIP <DIM

thanks a lot for this useful indicator. can you add following option in this indicator

ADX> 25 ONLY THE INDICATOR SHOWS RED/GREEN COLOR ADX<25 MEANS IT IS NOT GOOD TREND THEREFORE INDICATOR SHOWS YELLOW COLOR.

can u seperate adx and dmi settings?

for example adx periyod 13 and dmi period 8

Can you please remove the color when ADX is sloping down ? (I guess it could be same color as if adx is weak)

Can you please clarify what is the “strong trend line” and “weak trend line” about and what does it mean as a setting? I think much clear would be to have only one of these and its meaning to be:

example: strong trend line=21 if value > 21 => color1 ADX if value < 21 => color2 ADX

Currently this is not working as expected

Is hard to have one that fits all. This functionality is required from other users.

“strong trend line” and “weak trend line” define levels at which horizontal line will be drawn.

Any luck on an EA for this indicator in agreement with an Heikin-Ashi chart? Enter position when candles n+1 agree and exit when n+1 disagrees? Very interesting indicator here guys.

Oh and my EA idea was for advanced multi color option with yellow being neutral.

hi alexander u r indeed “Alexander the great” of our times great indicator can you code a simple strategy on this If the advance_adx2 shows green bar on close of a candle above 25 level line goes long and if the advance_adx2 shows red bar on close of a candle above 25 level line goes short(do not open multiple positions and closes all open position before a new position is opened) i am sure you will be able to code this thanks by arindam roy

I have tried but still 3 colors: 2 red and blue for above 35 and white color for under 35 and even under 15 level The problem i need a yellow color for ADX bars under 15.Thank you in advance

Thank you for the indicator. Could you add the option to set transparency coloring for the bars? So you could see better other lines from other indicators in the same window.

In the current implementation, transparency is not an option. Indicator need a complete rewrite.
