Bill Williams ATZ Indicator

The indicator gives buy/sell signals based on Bill Williams Trading in the Zone methodology, using Accelerator Oscillator and Awesome Oscillator. This Zone is combined with the Alligator smoothed moving average combination and MACD (Moving Average Convergence Divergence) to determine trends.
