- price> ST and price > GHLA Down Trend (Red) 2.price < ST and price < GHLA No trend 3.yelow color
Up Trend (Green)

Is it possible to make an alert for this after a bar has closed which has switched to green or red?

Yes. As strategy / signal or just as an audio alert for Indicator.
