i want an mt5 Ea based on the indicator i have attached

Ea is based on the Rsi with an Ma on it , please add indicator settings to the Ea

Conditions

1.Ea must buy when the Ma crosses Rsi facing up and Sell When Ma crosses Rsi facing down

1. Add close on opposite
2. Add option for take profit and stop loss and break even
3. Add option for add stop loss on last swing low or high from candle of entry (optional)
