MTF MA cross price break

Based on the request. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=64148
Fast MA is above slow ma and price crosses above fast MA. Fast MA is below slow MA and price crosses below fast MA.
Once these conditions are met an arrow of appropriate direction would be drawn and an alert posted.
