Percent Difference Oscillator

As described by Darryl W. Maddox in the November 1990 issue of S & C magazine. Percent Difference Oscillator will show difference between the current day’s close and the moving average, expressing the difference as a percentage of moving average. Percentage above / below moving average. PDO = 100*(Close-MA)/MA
