Up Arrow
Spike is at least 75% of the total range of the candle and, in a downtrend the spike shoots down and the “low” is lower than the last 4 lows; the opposite shadow is no more than a 3% of the total range of the candle
If MA filter is on, we will have arrow only if price is below moving average.
Vice versa for Down Arrow
