Hi Apprentice,
Would it be possible to evolve this indicator in the following ways?
A. Close/High/Low of:
- Current year
- All previous years (Today/Historical Function)
- Previous years up to a user define year
B. Draws rays (not segments) that would begin on each corresponding year (for each year close/high/low) and extend indefinitely to the right.

Hi Apprentice,
A. For this last version of this indicator, is it possible to:
- Add the Open.
- Add the possibility to choose to draw High/Low and/or Close and/or Open.
B. It seems there is a bug with the Historical function. When selecting a time frame inferior to Monthly (which is the highest available), the High and Low of the current year are drawn.

Hi Apprentice,
There is a huge problem with this indicator, it doesn’t show on smaller time frames. One has to go back in the chart windows to make it appear which is impracticable in very small time frames (5 min, 15 min) and even in the daily time frame it is a problem because the indicator doesn’t show automatically all the older yearly levels.
Would it be possible to solve this problem?

Hi Apprentice,
To solve this problem, is it be possible to:
- Draw rays for specific dates and prices using the yearly high/low/close data in an external file?
- Export the yearly high/low/close data from a chart to an external file?
