Based on Request. viewtopic.php?f=27&t=65110 Will show a percentage or pip change from the set time.

good indicator but appears to support only hourly time-frames - and not 1/2 hrly ?
am unable to configure NY open time-frame - 09:30 ET (appears to default to the hour 09:00)
