This indicator will introduce a modification of standard shift Indicators.
Vertical shift can be defined in pips or as absolutely value. It can be applied in both, indicator and oscillators alike.
Displaced MA Envelope allows independent movement on x and y axes of two moving averages.

Price and Shifted Cross Over
Open Long - Price Crosses Over Shifted Indicator Open Short - Price Crosses Below Shifted Indicator

Just extend the slope of the line infinitely into the future. In a dotted way.
