Tick Noise Signal will sound Alert, if a change in bid or ask price happens.

It does not seem to work apprentice; it works with the visual pop-up message, but it wont play a sound. Any ideas? I have tried a host of different sounds and settings, pretty sure there is a glitch somewhere.
