BUY conditions: RSI1>[Level1 BUY] and RSI2>[Level2 BUY].
SELL conditions: RSI1<[Level1 SELL] and RSI2<[Level2 SELL]

Pardon me for asking, but I am confused has to how the levels are to be used. Does this strategy work based on Level ONE being broken first, then the strategy continues on to Level TWO before an entry or exit is executed?
