DMI Extreme Price Strategy

Buy Price exceeds the high price of the bar when DI+ crosses above DI-. Sell Price falls below the low price of the bar when DI- crosses below DI+.
Threshold parameter is introduced. Option enables the user to define additional Threshold zone above / below, high / low of the crossover period.
