RSI Strategy

peakRSI = rsi > ref(rsi,-1) and rsi > ref(rsi,+1); troughRSI = rsi <ref(rsi,-1) and rsi < ref(rsi,+1);
Long: crossover(rsi,peakRSI) and C > C (at time have last peak RSI) Short: crossunder(rsi, troughRSI) and C < C( at time have last trough RSI)
