Shadow TSI Strategy

Based on Shadow TSI. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=63466&p=106395#p106395 Long shadow crosses over the faster ma and the tsi. Short shadow crosses under the faster ma and the tsi.
The Strategy was revised and updated on January 22, 2019.
