Sudden shift Strategy

Based on indicator. viewtopic.php?f=17&t=63620 Will give alert if we have a large up or down shift in set number of seconds. After alert, cool down period will be initiated for set number of seconds.
The Strategy was revised and updated on January 22, 2019.
