BB filter arrows

Dear friend…
I want to add BB filter on my indicator. only arrow will Display outside bonds ( like i shown in pic inside arrows not need )
BB values : Period 22, deviations 2, shift 0, levels { 0.6, -0.6 }
- And sound alerts when display arrow
- need custom value inputs ( depends on timeframe will change )

no bro… is not i sad.. i wanted to display only outside level bands arrows, inside level bonds arrow not to display
