Indicator is based on the Elder-Rays Bulls & Bears Power indicators.
Formulas: Bulls = 1 and Bears = -1, if BullIndex+BearIndex>0, Bulls = -1 and Bears = 1, if BullIndex+BearIndex<0, where BullIndex = High - EMA(Price), BearIndex = Low - EMA(Price).
