`static public method ImageExtensions.AddInlineImage`

Brief

Adds an inline image in bytes with specified width and height in pixels and scaling mode to the paragraph, adds a tabulation symbol, if necessary, and returns the InlineImageBuilder.

Parameters
`paragraph`	This `ParagraphBuilder`.
`content`	The image content in bytes.
`width`	The image width in pixels.
`height`	The image height in pixels.
`scale`	The image scaling mode.
`addTabulationSymbol`	Defines whether a tabulation symbol is to be added. The value is `True` if a tabulation symbol is to be added, and `False` otherwise.
